Receive your project instructions
After your order is placed, we will send clear instructions for shipping any physical materials to us. We will also provide a secure, encrypted shared folder where you can upload your recipient list, addresses, handwritten copy, signatures, or other project files.

Send materials and upload files
Ship us any envelopes, cards, stationery, inserts, invitations, or mailing materials you would like us to use. Then upload your addressee list and copy to the secure folder so everything is ready for processing.

Processing begins
Once we have received all required materials and files, your processing timeline begins. We will confirm that everything is in hand and let you know that your order is underway.

We complete and prepare your mailing
Our team handwrites the requested items, assembles your mailing if selected, and prepares the finished pieces based on your order instructions.

Choose how it is sent
When your order is complete, we can send the finished batch back to you, mail it from our location using the carrier of your choice, or send it to your selected state fo local postmarking. You will choose your preferred mailing method during the order process.

Our handwriting is intentionally natural. It is not calligraphy, and it is not designed to look like a professional penman wrote every piece. That is the point.
We use real people to create handwriting that looks like it came from a normal, thoughtful person — legible, respectable, and human. The result may include the slight natural variation you would expect from authentic handwriting, which is exactly what helps it stand apart from robotic handwriting, printed fonts, and overly polished “handwritten” mail.

We write the copy as provided. Please review all names, addresses, spelling, grammar, and message content before uploading your files. If you would like proofreading or formatting help, that should be discussed before the order begins.
