We can assemble your mailing, provide expedited service when timing matters, and either mail everything for you through the carrier of your choice or send the completed batch back to you. There is no minimum order, so whether you need a single handwritten letter or a full direct-mail campaign, the process stays simple and hassle-free.

Receive your project instructions

After your order is placed, we will send clear instructions for shipping any physical materials to us. We will also provide a secure, encrypted shared folder where you can upload your recipient list, addresses, handwritten copy, signatures, or other project files.

Send materials and upload files

Ship us any envelopes, cards, stationery, inserts, invitations, or mailing materials you would like us to use. Then upload your addressee list and copy to the secure folder so everything is ready for processing.

Processing begins

Once we have received all required materials and files, your processing timeline begins. We will confirm that everything is in hand and let you know that your order is underway.

We complete and prepare your mailing

Our team handwrites the requested items, assembles your mailing if selected, and prepares the finished pieces based on your order instructions.

When your order is complete, we can send the finished batch back to you, mail it from our location using the carrier of your choice, or send it to your selected state fo local postmarking. You will choose your preferred mailing method during the order process.

The Handwriting

Real handwriting, not “perfect” handwriting

Our handwriting is intentionally natural. It is not calligraphy, and it is not designed to look like a professional penman wrote every piece. That is the point.

 

We use real people to create handwriting that looks like it came from a normal, thoughtful person — legible, respectable, and human. The result may include the slight natural variation you would expect from authentic handwriting, which is exactly what helps it stand apart from robotic handwriting, printed fonts, and overly polished “handwritten” mail.

  • Yes. Every handwritten item is written by a real human. We do not use handwriting robots, plotters, printed handwriting fonts, or machine-generated handwriting.

  • We can handwrite notes, letters, addressed envelopes, invitations, cards, signatures, short messages, longer copy, and other correspondence. If you have something specific in mind, we can review the project and let you know what is possible.

  • No. There is no minimum order. You can order one handwritten piece or a large batch.

  • Yes. If you would like, we can assemble your mailing using the materials you provide. This may include inserting notes, cards, invitations, letters, envelopes, reply cards, inserts, or other approved materials.

  • Yes. We can mail the completed pieces using the carrier of your choice. We can also send the finished batch back to you if you prefer to handle mailing yourself.

  • Yes. If you want the mailing postmarked from a specific state, you can select that option when placing your order. We can send the completed mailings to that state for mailing.

  • After your order is placed, we will send instructions for uploading your recipient list, addresses, copy, and other project files to a secure, encrypted shared folder.

  • We will send shipping instructions after your order is placed. You can send us the envelopes, cards, invitations, stationery, inserts, or other materials you would like used in the mailing. You can also use our mailing address for materials purchased from vendors.

  • Processing begins once we have received all required physical materials and all required digital files. We will confirm when everything has been received and your processing time has started.

  • Standard processing is 10 business days after all required materials and files are received.

  • Yes. Expedited processing is available with a 4-business-day processing time and a 25% surcharge.

  • No. There is no minimum order. You can order one handwritten piece or a large batch.

  • No. Our handwriting is not calligraphy. It is designed to look like natural, everyday handwriting from a real person. It will be legible and respectable, but not overly polished or artificial.

  • Depending on the project, we may be able to accommodate general preferences, such as more casual, more neat, or more traditional handwriting. Because all writing is done by real people, exact matching or perfect uniformity is not guaranteed.

  • In most cases, no. We do not promise exact handwriting replication. However, we can handwrite signatures or provided copy in a natural style that feels personal and human. Note: Signatures are decorative. Handwritten Mailing is not given power of attorney and so signatures should not be considered valid with regards to executing a document.

  • Yes. Longer letters can be handwritten and are priced by character count. We can provide an estimate based on the length of your copy.

  • We write the copy as provided. Please review all names, addresses, spelling, grammar, and message content before uploading your files. If you would like proofreading or formatting help, that should be discussed before the order begins.

  • We rely on the address list you provide. Please make sure all recipient information is accurate and complete before uploading your file.

  • We use a secure, encrypted shared folder for file uploads and treat client materials with care. That said, please let us know before ordering if your project involves highly sensitive, regulated, or confidential information so we can confirm whether it is appropriate for our process.
